Note from our Director

Easy K Ranch has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started working here when I was just 18 years old, never realizing that it would grow into my lifelong calling. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching this ranch transform lives—including my own.

What began as a vision from Dr. E. Robbins Kimball and my husband’s grandmother, Shirley Kelley, in 1964 has become a thriving, family-like community built on love, faith, and purpose. Today, I’m honored to continue that legacy alongside a dedicated team who pour their hearts into making each day meaningful for the individuals we serve.

Easy K Ranch isn’t just where I work—it’s home. It’s where I have grown, loved and witnessed incredible strength, joy, and transformation. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and excited for all that’s still to come.

With more than 24 years’ experience in mental health, Jeri leads the clinical team at Easy K Ranch with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to person-centered care. She oversees the development and implementation of therapeutic plans that help each individual grow emotionally, behaviorally, and socially.

Jeri works closely with our therapist, nurses, program staff, and families to ensure every person receives the support they need to thrive. Her calm leadership, clinical insight, and genuine heart make her an essential part of the Easy K Ranch family guiding our mission of healing and empowerment every day.

Lauren Bloch, MD, FAAFP, Dipl, ABOM – Medical Director

“At Easy K Ranch, ensuring access to safe, timely, and appropriate medical care is an essential part of supporting each individual’s well-being. I am proud to help provide the medical oversight that allows quality care to happen every day.”

Dr. Lauren Bloch serves as the Medical Director for Easy K Ranch, providing medical oversight to ensure that all services are delivered safely, ethically, and in compliance with Arkansas law and regulatory standards.

In her role, Dr. Bloch oversees the quality and compliance of medical services and ensures that care is provided within each practitioner’s scope of practice, with appropriate supervision as required. She also assures that medical services are accessible 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for individuals receiving home and community-based services under Intensive CSSP certification.

Through her oversight and guidance, Dr. Bloch supports Easy K Ranch’s mission of providing compassionate, person-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accountability.

Leslie Beck, RN – Nursing Director

Our nurse provides compassionate medical oversight across all of Easy K Ranch’s programs. With a calm and caring presence, she ensures that every individual’s health needs are met with dignity and respect. From medication management to health education, she partners with families and staff to promote wellness and safety throughout the Ranch community.

Katrena Jones, LCSW—Therapist

Katrena provides compassionate, person-centered support to help individuals grow emotionally, socially, and behaviorally. Through individualized sessions and group work, she helps each person build coping skills, improve communication, and develop confidence a safe and supportive environment.

Working closely with the Clinical Director, program staff, and families, our therapist plays an essential role in helping each individual reach their fullest potential. Her empathy, professionalism, and dedication bring healing and hope to the heart of Easy K Ranch.

Alisha leads with energy, creativity, and heart making each day at Easy K Ranch meaningful and engaging for individuals we serve. From organizing daily activities and skill building opportunities to support staff and fostering personal growth, she ensures that every person feels valued and included. Her dedication helps the Day Program reflect what Easy K Ranch is all about: learning, laughter, and life in a loving, natural environment.

Brandon Johnson – Maintenance Director

Brandon was born and raised right here at Easy K Ranch, carrying on the proud legacy of his grandmother, Shirley Kelley. As our maintenance director, Brandon keeps the heart of the ranch running smoothly — caring for our buildings, vehicles, and 65-acres of land that so many call home. His deep roots and lifelong connection to Easy K shine through his dedication to preserving its beauty, safety, and family atmosphere.

By connecting staff, families, and supporters through engaging posts and updates, she ensures that the mission and spirit of Easy-K Ranch—learning, laughter, and life in a loving, natural environment—reaches everyone.
